Step Reservation
Once you have chosen the desired accommodation simply send a request, which is not binding, through the special form which you can find in section "BOOKING"
Within 3 days from the date of your request you will receive per e-mail the answer to your request by the accommodation chosen by you and a personal identification code.
Thanks to this identification code you will be able to check anytime your reservation status. In order to get this information just enter the identification code which you received by e-mail inside section "RESERVATION STATUS" on the home page of the accommodation chosen by you. Futhermore, in order to guarantee the utmost security level, besides that code you will be asked to also enter the e-mail address used by you when you made your request.
The system, once checked the data entered, will enable you to verify in detail the reservation status through a simple visual display.
If your reservation request will be accepted you will receive by e-mail an offer of the desired accommodation and eventual notes by the touristic operator.
On this point, in order to definitively confirm the reservation you have to arrange for the deposit.
Usually a deposit corresponding 20% of the total amount of the stay is required.
Within 3 days you have to settle for the deposit, unless after that time limit your reservation request will be due and therefore not valid anymore.
In order to settle for the deposit as confirmation of your reservation please click on the key "online payment" any you will be processed in SSL mode to the on-line bank where you can enter through a safety device the data of your Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).
After settlement you will receive the confirmation of the transaction by the bank together with a further DEFINITIVE confirmation by bebooked.com italian hotel guide.
IMPORTANT
Please keep the receipt of your settlement and the copy of the reservation confirmation and show them at your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After having settled for the deposit you can still cancel the reservation and ask for refund the sum. The time limit for refund will be shown on your control panel. Usually the days at your disposal are:
3 days, no refund is foreseen if less than 30 are missing before the beginning of your stay. 30 at the beginning of your stay (for seasonal accommodations).
3 days. Otherwise you will be returned 50% of the deposit.
No refund is foreseen if less than 3 days are missing before the beginning of your stay.
In any case before arranging settlement of the deposit you will be able to see on your control panel how many days are left to cancel the reservation.

D:After how many days can I know if there is availability of the accommodation I requested?
R: You will receive by e-mail an answer within max. 3 days
D: If the reservation request will be accepted, how many days do I have at my disposal to settle for the deposit as confirmation?
R: The time limit at your disposal to be able to make settlement of the deposit with credit card is 3 days. If less than 7 days are left before your arrival you have got 1 day at your disposal.
D: Which credit cards are accepted?
R: VISA and Mastercard
D: I have no credit card. How can I settle for the deposit?

D: After having arranged for settlement of the deposit as confirmation of the reservation may I still cancel it and get the whole amount refunded?
R: (for seasonal accommodations) after having settled for the deposit you will still have at your disposal 3, in this case the deposit will be returned (charges excluded). No refund is foreseen if less than 30 days are missing before the beginning of your stay.
(for accommodations open all year long) After having arranged for settlement you will still have at your disposal 3, in this case the deposit will be returned (charges excluded). After that date 50% of the deposit will be returned.
